CBS affiliate KFMB-TV says Kyle Kraska was attacked Tuesday afternoon by offender(s) that fled in a van in the wealthy Scripps Ranch area of the city. Top Story of the Hour: Deborah Turness, president of NBC News, said Tuesday in a memo to staff that Brian Williams behavior was unacceptable.
