ISIS Cubs: Alex Kassirer, of global security firm Flashpoint Intelligence, said a video released by ISIS features Al Farouk training camp for "cubs," or children, located in Raqqa, Syria. An instructor in the video indicated that among the group of about 80 youth are foreign children who are possibly the children of foreign fighters who have joined ISIS.

At one point, the video shows a child reciting Quranic verses.
